Goliath beetles (Goliathus goliatus) are among the largest and heaviest insects on the planet.
*Adult in Item Image is a general appearance of form that your larva will likely become in captivity once emerged. You may or may not receive beetle larva(e) as same exact patterns as shown. Most of our larvae has been emerging into quadrimaculatus form, however.
Goliath Beetle larvae requires more than beetle substrate as a diet. They still need beetle substrate, however, you have to additionally feed Goliath Beetle Larva Food. You only need substrate amount to cover your beetle larva when burrowed. You will have to feed your larva every other day, and clean up any uneasten leftovers next day. As they may cannibalize each other, they must be kept separately in different enclosures. Once they are ready to pupate, you will need Goliath Beetle Cocoon Mix to aid them building a cocoon (pupal cell), and beetle substrate is not suitable medium.
